Mobility and pain are closely linked. As you have no doubt experienced, they often go hand in hand. I can help you obtain or restore a healthy rang of motion, enhance mobility in those stiff areas and improve your posture in a lasting way. I teach safe stretching, body awareness and muscle balancing. I believe in referring whenever appropriate and will recommend a colleague n a specific area if needed, from my professional network. This could be, for example, physiotherapy, pilates, breathwork, pelvic floor specialist, chiro, osteo or sports osteo...

Biodynamic osteopathy,  craniosacral  massage and reflexology recognise stress in all its forms as part of our lives.  

I will help you to re-learn how to say no to overwhelm and find your ground again. Negative stress is unproductive and unnecessary, It steals time from us and causes most of our health problems.

There are so many techniques out there, on the internet, phone apps, group classes and books but there is nothing as valuable as taking a look one to one at what will work best for you.
